About Invicta Works
Invicta Works is a private practice providing psychotherapy, case management, and rehabilitation support to individuals navigating trauma, life transitions, and complex systems. The practice supports clients across Ontario, Alberta and the Northwest Territories, including those involved in insurance and recovery-related care.
Jaden Bailey
Jaden Bailey is the founder of Invicta Works and a Registered Social Worker providing psychotherapy, case management, and rehabilitation support. She holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Toronto Metropolitan University and a Master of Social Work from the University of Toronto.
Her work is grounded in trauma-informed and client-centred practice, supporting individuals experiencing mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, neurodivergence, and the impacts of trauma. She also has experience working with individuals involved in the motor vehicle accident and rehabilitation sector, including those with traumatic brain injuries.
Jaden provides individualized support that may include psychotherapy, skill development, system navigation, and practical assistance, helping clients navigate health, legal, and social service systems while working toward meaningful recovery.
Jaden is registered to practise in Ontario, Alberta, and the Northwest Territories, and is an approved provider with HCAI, the Victim Quick Response Program, and the Non-Insured Health Benefits (NIHB) program.

Janis Robinson
Janis Robinson provides case management and administrative support to Invicta Works. She brings over two decades of experience as a Personal Injury Law Clerk, with extensive knowledge of Ontario insurance legislation, including the Statutory Accident Benefits Schedule (SABS).
In her role, Janis supports coordination of services and assists with navigating insurance-related processes, helping to facilitate access to care and resources.
