Invicta Works provides client-centred psychotherapy, counselling, and case management services to individuals across Ontario, Alberta and the Northwest Territories. The practice supports those navigating recovery from injury, trauma, illness, and complex life stressors, including experiences related to anxiety, depression, and neurodivergence.
Services are tailored to meet each individual’s needs and may include psychotherapy, system navigation, and practical support. Invicta Works has particular experience working with individuals involved in rehabilitation and insurance systems, as well as those facing barriers within health, legal, and social service environments.
The practice is grounded in trauma-informed care, cultural humility, and respect for each person’s lived experience. The goal is to support individuals in building skills, accessing appropriate resources, and working toward a meaningful and sustainable life worth living.
