Jaden Bailey

Jaden is a Registered Social Worker through the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers with a Bachelors Degree in Psychology and a Master of Social Work. She is also an EMDR trained clinician.

Jaden's professional interests include interventions for traumatic brain injury, depression, suicide, trauma, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Her training and experience with crisis intervention, suicide prevention, and PTSD treatment equip her to provide services and interventions to clients that promote independent functioning and emotional well-being.

Mackenzie Mountford

Mackenzie is a Registered Social Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers. She has a Master of Social Work with a specialization in Social Justice and Diversity from the University of Toronto. With strong program development and clinical skills, Mackenzie has developed a short-term counselling, practical assistance, and advocacy program for clients, reducing wait times for social work services.

Mackenzie's professional interests include advocacy and promoting equitable access to resources. Her training and experience in addressing social inequality, exclusion, and marginalization equip her to empower her clients and facilitate their community integration.


Ali Raza Hasan Ali

Ali is a second-year Master of Social Work student at the University of Toronto, specializing in Mental Health and Health. He previously completed his Honours Bachelor of Science at the University of Toronto, focused primarily on Psychology and Buddhist Psychology/Mental Health. Ali works under the direct supervision of Jaden Bailey and can bill directly to insurance providers.

Ali's professional interests include anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) interventions. His training and experience in Mindfulness and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy equip him to provide services and interventions to clients to promote independent functioning, emotional well-being, and resilience.


Nathan Hicks

Nathan is a student in the final semester of his Master of Social Work with a major in Addictions.

Nathan’s professional interests include helping clients expand their emotional awareness and self-reflective abilities and assisting in managing grief/loss, depression, anxiety, and trauma. His background has been working with marginalized individuals experiencing addictions, mental health disorders, and homelessness, making him a valuable resource for crisis interventions.


Janis Robinson

Janis has spent more than two decades working as a Personal Injury Law Clerk advocating for individuals seriously injured in motor vehicle accidents.

Supporting the Professionals at Invicta Works as a Case Manager Assistant, Janis applies her experience and knowledge of the Ontario Insurance Legislation, including the Statutory Accident Benefits Schedule (“SABs”). Ensuring that every client has the best possible opportunity to access the treatment, services and care needed to work through their impairments and, where applicable, gain a better understanding of the legal process.
